This week we look at the 1172 properties that available to buy in the B90 to B95 postcodes, sadly 606 have been for sale for more than 30 weeks.

Rightmove reports that house prices in the West Midlands are up 0.4% year on year, yet we are still seeing property come to market with the wrong strategy and/or price.

Sellers take note - hitting the market with a poor strategy will cost you thousands in the long run.

The market is active, yet it is only those priced correctly that are achieving sales.
