Dominic Murphy

Dominic Murphy

Managing Director

Dominic has a real passion for property, together with a longstanding and established family background within the property industry. Having swept the floors of many an industrial unit, made the coffee at corporates and sold property in The Swiss Alps to FTSE 500 Company Directors. Dominic founded DM & Co. in 2013 and has played a key role in developing the growth of the business. Dominic is involved day to day and whilst he spends most of his time on the road, he is based out of the Dorridge office.

A highly motivated and accomplished property professional, who has enjoyed a successful career over 28 years covering new homes & development, sales and lettings. I would consider myself to be a motivator and developer of people, I have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate easily on all levels. I enjoy working in a deadline/pressurised environment plus I am able to work independently, running or being part of a team. I am an organised, goal orientated and driven individual with an honest and empathetic approach in all aspects of my life. I have a wide range of skills that can be employed equally within the new homes & development, sales, lettings and investment sectors. I have delivered successful Marketing campaigns within property and excel at driving and getting the best results from my sales team.

Having studied as a structural and civil engineer Warren made a career change and became an estate agent in the late 80's, working for corporate companies and working up the ranks obtaining senior positions. In 2000 Warren set up and ran his own estate agency until the accusation of it, by DM&Co in 2020 and is now working along side the team as a senior valuer.

Ann joined DM&CO in May 2018 having worked in sales and customer service for over 30 years Ann understands the importance of listening to customer needs and prides herself in delivering a high quality service. She works closely with both the sales and valuation teams ensuring that both existing and new vendors are provided with professional, honest and exemplary service standards. She has thoroughly enjoyed being an integral part of an ever growing strong team and looks forward to the continued success of such a strong local independent agency.

Alaina started her journey in estate agency back in 2015 as a trainee negotiator with an independent agent outside of Solihull. After working her way up to Senior Negotiator and more recently, Branch Manager, Alaina has decided to join the DM & Co family for a new challenge. Alaina has always had a passion for the property industry and has sold a variety of properties during her time. With exceptional customer service skills, Alaina loves meeting new people and helping clients purchase their dream home. In her spare time, Alaina likes to go on long walks with her Springer Spaniel and enjoys riding her two horses when she gets chance.

Victoria has over 10 years of estate agency experience with a vast knowledge of Solihull as she lives and having worked in the area. Customer service is very important to Victoria and she will always go that extra mile for the customer. After a successful career in Sales & Marketing working with some of Europe’s largest Blue Chip companies Rachel took a break to become a mum. Returning to work Rachel decided to combine her love and personal experience of developing property with her skills in sales and marketing by joining the Estate Agency business. Rachel has a vast knowledge of Solihull and the surrounding areas and is passionate about helping our clients find their perfect home.

David has worked within the property industry for over 15 years in the UK and abroad. He has worked his way through the ranks and puts his main focus in relationship building and customer service with all buyers and sellers. He now manages the sales progression department for DM & Co and ensures that sales are proactively managed through to a successful completion.

Julie has worked in administration for many years before sharing the running of a Legal Costs Consultancy business that dealt with various Law Firms. Now working part time, she has excelled in Estate Agency and this has been her forte for the past 3 years, before joining DM & Co in September 2020. Positioned in the Sales Progression Team she believes in 100% commitment to all our clients and keeps them "in the loop" every step of the way in the journey to their new home.

Emma Chance

Emma has been with DM & Co. since April 2019 and plays a key role in the administration of the Shirley Office. Emma is responsible for the ‘onboarding’ process, when you instruct DM & Co to sell your home, Emma arranges all of the paperwork, arranges photography and prepares draft details. You can find Emma running about the office between filing cabinets and phone calls! With over 25 years in the industry, you are in safe hands.

Lisa joined DM & Co in September 2020, as the Valuations Manager, and although she is based in our Dorridge office, she works across B93 and all surrounding areas. Lisa is the team member who will visit you in your home and discuss how DM & Co can help you with the sale of your property. She will ensure that her team provides the highest customer service levels, and that they are available for you every step of the way. With her local industry experience, and living in Dorridge for over 20 years with her family, there is not much Lisa does not know about the local area!”

Kathy has been with DM & Co. since October 2019 and works alongside Managing Director, Dominic Murphy in managing the companies black book and private database. Kathy prides herself on offering our clients the very best customer service and levels of transparency that are often lost in our industry. Since joining the firm, Kathy has been responsible for putting together a number of low-profile sales to high-profile clients and absolutely loves getting sales agreed! In addition to this, Kathy plays a key role in the companies marketing. Sharpening up our image and helping to put us in front of more customers than ever before!

Matt has been at DM & Co since December 2019 and works as a sales negotiator out of the Dorridge office. Born and raised in Knowle Matt has a lot of local Knowledge and has a passion for property. Matt will be the one who will be carrying out viewings, agreeing sales and ultimately assisting you With your dream move.

Harriet joined DM & Co in 2020 as a trainee in our Dorridge office. Her passion for the industry, helps when dealing with enquiries and matching new applicants to the right property. She’s enjoying settling into her new role within the DM and Co team, at the dorridge office and outside of the office she can be found walking her many dogs, horse-riding or escaping to the sun!

Cathy joined DM & Co in May 2019.  Her role is branch Administrator at the Dorridge Office. Cathy will take you through the on boarding process from organising the photographer to preparing the draft details of your home and getting it live on the portals as quickly as possible. Cathy  has many years’ experience in the property industry and is always happy to help and guide you through the process. When she is not at her desk busy typing, Cathy can be found making Tea for the Office or supporting Solihull Moors to victory!

Megan is full time student, currently studying media at Solihull College. Megan helps Dominic on a part-time basis with graphic design and material that is then managed via our social media accounts. Having a keen eye for detail and understanding the vision of the business is really important to help her with the design and marketing work that she does. Meg loves the freedom of the role and being a part of the team.
